2. Kitchen Remodel Quote & Contract
Next, our team will create a detailed, itemized quote for your kitchen remodel project. We’ll meet with you to discuss the scope and cost so you know what is included and we can answer any questions you may have. When you are ready, we’ll sign the contract to get started on your project.
3. Permitting and Plans
Next, we’ll get to work on the permitting process for your project. In many cases, a set of plans is required to submit for permits. Our team will handle the full permitting process coordinating with the relevant city and county departments to secure appropriate permits. Our in-house design team takes care of necessary plans for the initial permit process, including any plans needed throughout the project.
4. Design Phase
Once we’ve submitted for any necessary building permits, we begin the design phase! Selecting each item to best meet your needs, your budget, and overall design vision. Our in-house interior designer will walk through the kitchen remodel design process with you step by step.

5. Construction
Once permits are received, we’ll begin the construction phase of your kitchen remodel. Our project manager guides the full construction process from start to final walkthrough.
