Maintenance + Handyman Services
A home is one of the biggest investments you'll ever make, and one of the best ways to make sure that you’ll be able to enjoy your purchase for years to come is to keep on top of regular maintenance and repairs. PGC can help maintain your home, even if we did not build it. Based on your home’s particular needs, we will develop a schedule for regular walkthroughs of your home, and we’ll provide you with a list of things to look for in between. If a problem is discovered, it’s taken care of before it develops into something more costly. Our experience in all phases of home construction allows us to provide you with the highest quality home repair.
What about those little tasks? We can do those too. Our handy man services cover the little things that most contractors don’t, from hanging shelves in your garage to repainting a room to replacing an old window. Fire + Water Restoration
PGC Building+Design offers complete insurance restoration services. If your home has been damaged by water, fire or smoke, we’ll take immediate action to ensure the best possible chance of restoration and help you avoid costly repairs.
WATER Bend and Central Oregon’s extreme temperatures increase the chances of frozen pipes. But water damage also comes from leaky pipes, broken dishwashers and over-flowing toilets. Our services include emergency repairs, water removal, structural drying and complete reconstruction.
FIRE Fire restoration includes the elimination of all structurally unsound areas, as well as eliminating residual odors of smoke and char. We work to get you back into your home as quickly as possible.
