We are PGC Building + Design, a family owned custom building and remodeling business. Ed Busch, III and his father Ed have been building custom homes and providing high-end remodels and additions for over 30 years. From their headquarters in Bend, Oregon, and Los Angeles, California, PGC has built homes in many locations the West coast.

PGC stands for Paule General Contractors, a name which honors Ed’s father and his grandfather “Paule”, whose outstanding values and integrity shaped the way that PGC does business. All of the Busch’s know the meaning of treating people with honesty and respect: it runs in the family.
